If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Custom-made, final sale, or discounted items are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at
info@lifenest.co.kr with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please contact us first.

Exchange items are subject to availability.

If the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every product before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective,
please email photos to info@lifenest.co.kr within 7 days of delivery,
and we’ll replace or refund your item at no extra cost.
